According to details, Justice Dr. Rana Shamim of the Supreme Appellate Court, heading a division bench, has ordered to postpone the By-election in GBLA-6 Hunza for three weeks. The court will start hearing of the cases from tomorrow.

Nasir, Baba Jan’s brother confirmed the news while talking to Pamir Times from Skardu, where the cases have been transferred for hearing.

It is pertinent to note that after rejection of Baba Jan’s nomination papers by a returning office, the AWP had filed an appeal in the GB Supreme Appellate Court.
