Engineer Juma Gul passed away in Chilas – Diamir

Islamabad, November 16: Former secretary general of Karakuram National Movement, Eng. Juma Gul, passed away at Guner Farm, his native village located near Chilas city, capital of Diamir district.
Condoling his death the representatives of Balor Labor Party and Progressive Youth Front, Hunza, have paid rich tributes to ‘a great patriot, humanist and a great friend of the oppressed people of Gilgit – Baltistan’.
They have also ‘saluted Juma Gul for his many sacrifices in the path of justice, equality and human rights for his people’. His sacrifices would be remembered forever”, a leader of PYF has said.
He Was a great nationalist.May God blessed Him

It is really a sad news that our brother passed away in the prime of his life. May his soul rest in eternal peace. He was a great national and human being full of energy and devotion. Indeed it is a great loss.

Engineer Juma Gul has started his political career as a President of KSO UET Lahore Pakistan and work hard in Punjab for the rights of Karakorum(Gilgit-Baltistan) Students and created enabling and intellectual environments in the institutions of Punjab for the marginalised students of Karakorum.
It is really great loss for KNM, KSO and whole nation of GB.
May Allah bestow his soul in eternal peace and grand courage his family, friends and party to bear great loss.

I am shocked and sadden to know this great loss of our especial friend Eng. Guma Gul, I know Eng. sahib for many years since student life in Lahore. He was profound young leader and one of those few members from Northern Areas who worked for unity of NAs without cast, race and religion. It is really great loss for the nation and people like Engineer JUMA Gul from Chilas where we need more Nationalist and in central Gilgit GBLA 1 and GBLA 2 not religious fundamentalist to pave the way for religious harmony.
