“People of Gojal appreciate Chinese assistance”, Rabita Committee

Gilgit, September 9: People of Gojal valley are thankful to the Chinese government for standing with them in the times of disaster. China has won hearts of the people by extending help for the affected people.

These views have been expressed by Rabita Committee of Mutasireen – e – Gojal in a press statement published in local dailies.

The RCMG held a special meeting to “thank the Chinese government and Pakistan Army for extending maximum support to the flood affected people.”

The committee also expressed concerns over the delay in providing relief to the affected students of Gojal valley. They warned the government of severe consequences if the relief items were sold. The committee also assailed the speaker and chief minister “for conspiring to deprive Gojal of its due rights”.
