Independence Day of Gilgit – Baltistan, Countdown begins

Preparations for celebrating independence day of Gilgit - Baltistan on November 1 are under way in different parts of the region. 63 years ago the people of GB liberated their region from Kashmiri and Dogra occupation .

We are still under the domination of Islamabad. The wattos, Chaudhries, Chakwal and Lala Musa party rule the area aprt from FCNA and Non-local bureaucracy. 64 years ago we were under the domination of Raja Hari Sing, British and Dogras; after getting rid from them we came under the slavery of aforesaid pakistani elements.
On the occasion of our independence day (1st November), we should think about new style of slavery which exists now. 64 years ago the Dogras and Britishers were all in all in this region but now pakistani establishment is grinding the dwellers of GB.
