[Pictorial] Gojal – The forgotten and sunk paradise

Five villages of Gojal valley were directly affected as a result of the damming of Hunza River on January 4, 2010. The river blockade has also severed Pakistan’s road connection with China. Boats are the only means of transportation available for those travelling to and from Gojal Valley.
