Fourth martyrdom anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto observed in Gilgit – Baltistan

Gilgit, December 27: Fourth Martyrdom Anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was observed in Gilgit Baltistan with reverence on Tuesday.
To pay homage to the Shaheed Leader, party workers, students organizations and regional leaders organized different programmes in all seven districts of the region. Prayers were also offered for soul of the slain leader who was shot dead four years ago ate the end of a political procession in Rawalpindi.
In Gilgit‚ the main ceremony was held at PPP’s Khazana Road Secretariat. PPP leaders highlighted the services of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto for strengthening of democracy and wellbeing of the people of Pakistan.
Addressing the ceremony GBLA Speaker Wazir Baig paid homage to Mohtarma Shaheed and said that BB rendered unmatched sacrifices for democracy and people.
Meanwhile a large number of Party workers from Gilgit Baltistan led by Chief Minister Gilgit Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah and Governor Pir Karam Ali Shah are attending a major event held at the final resting place of the Bhuttos, in Ghari Khuda Bukhsh.
i dont understand this scenario, why do people forget that during Benazirs tenure she and her husband were involved in millions of money corruption and later in news everyone saw how they made horse stables in prime ministers house and supplied them with juice and milk tanks while the people of pakistan were starving out on the roads. i agree that Bhutto was a revolutionary person but after him not a single person has emerged as God fearing politician. people need to accept that she was corrupt and looted pakistan’s money out to swiss banks.
