Kashmir Solidarity Day observed in GB

Gilgit, February 5: Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed in different parts of Gilgit – Baltistan at official level and at the level of civil society organizations. The day is commemorated every year to express solidarity with the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir for their right to self-determination.
Special programs were held in Gilgit in which speakers shed light on the liberation movement of Kashmiris and condemned the killing of innocent people by Indian military.
A rally in connection with Kashmir day was brought out from Ghari Bagh which culminated at NLI chock.
In Skardu a seminar was organized at Press Club in which Speakers Speaker in their address demanded international community to take notice of human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and play its vital role for the solution of decades old Kashmir dispute.
