Gojal: Man killed in motorbike accident

Gojal, August 21: A man riding a bike was killed today in an accident at around 08:45pm on the Karakuram Highway, near Passu.

According to police sources the two men were traveling together on separate bikes on the KKH between Hussani and Passu village in Gojal valley when the accident took place. Apparently, the bike skidded off the road or slipped, killing the rider. The deceased was identified as Jamil son or Sher Ahmad, hailing from Murtazabad, Hunza.

The body was shifted on boat to Gulmit for medico-legal procedures, police said.
