Eight Union Councils get tractors

CHITRAL:  Eight Tractors  were handed over to different union councils in remote localities of Chitral. The tractors were handed over to the local leaders at a ceremony held in Town Hall, Chitral, in the presence of DCO Rehmatullah Wazir.

Leaders of different political and religious parties paid rich tribute to provincial Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti for taking keen interest in the development of Chitral district.  The tractors will be used for clearing roads, which are vulnerable to the different natural hazards, like floods, snowavalanche and rockfall.

KP Chief Minister had approved 13 million rupees for purchasing the eight tractors. The tractors will be used in Ayun, Garam Chashma, Mastuj, Laspur, Yarkhun, Torko, Morko and upper Chitral.
