PRCS to organize 3-day training for journalists in Gilgit

Gilgit, November 25: (PR) Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Provincial Branch GB, has joined hands with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to organize a 3-day dissemination cum First-Aid training, 26-28 November, for journalists in Gilgit.

The training will be attended by around 25 working journalists from the seven districts of Gilgit-Baltistan. The Journos will be trained and informed about the history of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and fundamental principles and basics of First-Aid during the training session.

The Chairman PRCS Gilgit-Baltistan Asif Hussain will be the Chief Guest of the opening ceremony while Minister for Information Sadia Danish is expected to be the Chief Guest of the closing ceremony.
