59 percent children aged 3-5 yrs not enrolled in pre-schools in Gilgit-Baltistan

Islamabad, January 24: A study based on the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) 2013 has concluded that as many as 53 out of every hundred children aged 3-5 years are not being enrolled in pre-schools in the Gilgit-Baltistan region. Statistics have  also shown a decrease in the percent of children going to pre-schools in 2013, as compared to the previous year.
