Crackdown: 39 from Gilgit-Baltistan to be arrested among 6k members of banned outfits

Islamabad: As part of the National Action Plan, which aims to eradicate the menace of terrorism from Pakistan, the government has reportedly decided to crackdown against members of banned outfits who are still operating across the country.

A list of 6,000 people has, reportedly, been prepared, which includes 39 terrorists from Gilgit-Baltistan. The list also includes terrorists KPK (3,000), Punjab (2200), Sindh (539), Balochistan (462) and Islamabad (59)

The national media has reported that the arrests will be made by Police, Intelligence Agencies and paramilitary forces.

  1. Preparation of list of terrorist is not enough at this movement. The government should initiate administrative action against the terrorist and their outfits and supporters without any further loss of time. An instruction should be issued to news channels to support the government in arrest of terrorists within the country and out of the country. Public demands initiating of an action on war footing, otherwise, two years period will be expired without obtaining desired results.
