GB Governor ‘desires’ to see complaint cells in govt offices

Gilgit: (PR) Governor Gilgit-Baltistan has desired that public servants should immediately set up public complaint cells in their respective departments , subordinate offices and areas of jurisdiction and give due consideration to the complaints lodged by the general public with a view to ensure transparency in every sphere of life.

In this connection he has directed the officials to ensure that no discrimination whatsoever should be made and the decisions should be taken irrespective of one’s political party affiliation.
