Islamabad: Plan International Pakistan and the Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS) have today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to train all members of the Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly. The GB legislators will be trained on on parliamentary business and legislation, with a focus on children’s rights.
