Opposition member Nawz Khan Naji held a copy of the GB Order 2018 in his hands, tore it into pieces, and threw the pieces in the air, while his fellow opposition members stood up, chanting slogans against the law that the Premier was to officially promulgate.
Exchange of hot words between treasury and opposition bench members ensued shortly. Later, a scuffle erupted inside the assembly when MLA Maj (r) Amin attacked PTI’s Raja Jahanzeb.
Raja Jahanzeb, who was walking with the help of a crutch, used it to hit Maj (r) Amin repeatedly on the floor of the house. Prime Minister Abbasi looked at the physical assault with bewilderment, as the opposition member walked out, sloganeering against the GB Order 2018.
