Vehicle plunges in river near Bargo, Gilgit

Gilgit, August 10: A vehicle plunged in the Gilgit river near Bargo, almost 15km North-West of the city center, resulting in the death of at least one woman. Her dead body was found almost 7 km away from the accident site.
Another woman is missing in the accident and Rescue 1122 workers are searching for her, along with local people.
According to details shared by a Rescue 1122 official three people who were inside the vehicle are reportedly safe. A child is also believed to be among the injured people.
