Haj trainings to be conducted in Gilgit-Baltistan and other parts of Pakistan
Islamabad (July 31) According to a press release from the ministry of religious affairs and interfaith harmony a haj training program will be conducted in various cities of the country including Gilgit and Skardu cities of Gilgit-Baltistan. The aim of the program to give an orientation about the rituals of the Haj and also a brief know how about the various laws in place in Saudi Arabia. The intending pilgrims will be distributed CDs that contain the necessary information and maps that could become handy during the Haj process. First time pilgrims will be given priority. Invitations have already been sent to the intending pilgrim, who are advised to bring their health vaccine certificates while coming for the training.
According to schedule released by the ministry, cities of Gilgit-Baltistan would the last in the series of the training which is set as Aug 25 for Skardu and Aug 27 for Gilgit city. the schedule of other cities is on Aug 3 Taxila , Aug 3 Pindi Gheb, Aug 4 Chakwal, Aug 5 Jhelum, Aug 6 Jhend, Aug 7 Haripur, Aug 8 Gujar Khan, Aug 9 Attock, Aug 10 Tallagang, Aug 11 Rawalpindi, Augt 12 Islamabad, Aug 13 Hassanabdal, Aug 14 Khushab and Dera Islamel Khan, Aug 15 Paharpur, Aug 16 Mirpur (Azad Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 17 Kotli, AJK, Augt 18 Rawalakot, Aug 19, Muzaffarabad, Aug 20 Pind Daden Khan, Aug 21 Murree and Bhakakar, Aug 22 Mianwali, Aug 23 Esa Khel and Fateh Jang, and Aug 24 Abbottabad.
