71% of active CoVID-19 patients in Gilgit-Baltistan are Under-45 years of age

GILGIT: Young people form majority of coronavirus active cases in Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan.

Over 71% of the Coronavirus active cases in Gilgit-Baltistan fall in below-45 age bracket. In contrast, over 72 per cent of the patients in Pakistan are over the age of 50 years.

35.63% of the patients in Gilgit-Baltistan are women compared to 26% in Pakistan.
