GB Directorate of Education releases list of 74 selected candidates for medical seats

Gilgit, December 9: Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan today released the merit list of 74 selected candidates for Medical seats of the year 2011 on Friday.

“All nominations were made on open merit and district reserve quotas”, said Mir Ahmed Khan Director Education Colleges. He further said that selected candidates can receive their nomination letters from the Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan by showing original educational documents during office hours.

It is pertinent to note that the students of Gilgit – Baltistan are not allowed to get admission in the professional colleges on open merit. They can only apply on the seats reserved for them in different professional faculties.

  2. respected editor i have this query about the distribution of 74 seats in gb…although there are 74 seat ,how come district hunza nagar has been alloted only 2 medical seats. since there are six districts ,so ample amount of seats should be distributed among them.
    please answer my question with your earliest convinience..tnank you
