Hunza News Network has published weekly North Times, under the editorship of Ahmad Jaleel Hunzai. The Urdu language publication consists of four pages and reports news and views related to Gilgit- Baltistan, generally, and Hunza valley specifically. Students have applauded the pioneering work done by Hunza News Network and hoped that it would pave way for streamlining information related to the region.

Pamir Times is the pioneering community news and views portal of Gilgit – Baltistan, Kohistan, Chitral and the surrounding mountain areas. It is a voluntary, not-for-profit, non-partisan and independent venture initiated by the youth.
