Noor and Zulfiqar Ali Khan of Pamir Times were absent from Pakistan since March 3, 2010. They were attending the “Regional Review Workshop for ICT4D Knowledge Sharing and Networking” organized by Panos South Asia in Kathmandu, Nepal.
