  1. What is the break up of this request for Rs 12 billion?

The Chief minister should plot all losses on a GIS map and present an evidence based request to donors.

The losses should include : houses damaged /destroyed, bridges damaged /destroyed, roads damaged/destroyed, agricultural land damaged/destroyed, livestock toll, loss of economic livelihood, infrastructure losses (schools, health units, water systems, power plants.

I think FOCUS GIS department can help plot the data.
