Sost, January 11: According to KVO Information Secretary, Raheem Ullah Baig, a Lebanese national, Richard Haykel, hunted a 41 inch Trophy Size Himalayan Ibex at Khunjerav Villagers’ Organization (KVO)’s community controlled area.
He has paid USD 3000 to the community, according to the law.
