Karachi: Passu community commemorates 18 November

Karachi: Passu Students Association arranged a get-together On November 18 for the Karachi based people of Passu, to commemorate His Highness the Aga Khan’s first visit to the village, on 18 Nov 1987, and the Golden Jubilee of Passu Jamat Khana (1962-2012), here in Karachi with religious zeal and fervour.

A special prayer was held at the occasion for peace and prosperity of Pakistan and for souls of the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for glory of the country.

The speakers shed light on the role of H.H.The Aga Khan for development of Pakistan.

The speakers also urged the youth to get quality educated and play their role for development of the country.  Among the speakers were Alwaiz Nasir Karim , Dr.Rehman Ali Alvi, Habib ur Rehman and Didar Karim, among others.
