CM announces to allot land for construction of PRCS Complex in Gilgit
Gilgit (PR): Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah on Thursday visited the Pakistan Red Crescent Society’s Provincial Headquarters and addressed a gathering of PRCS managing committee,staff and volunteers at the occasion.
Speaking to the gathering CM highly acknowledged the achievements made by the PRCS during disasters and normal situation at GB level. He announced to allot land for construction of PRCS complex and warehouses on priority basis, to help the organization in achievement of humanitarian goals. He also assured that steps will be taken to resolve the financial issues being faced by PRCS.
Earlier, Mr. Asif Hussain Chairman PRCS GB highlighted the achievements of PRCS GB during disasters at GB level and also the challenges faced by the organization now a days. He urged the CM and his cabinet to come a head and join hands with PRCS in its humanitarian services for the vulnerable communities of Gilgit-Baltistan.
