Career: 284 teachers in Gilgit-Baltistan promoted to new grades

Gilgit, January 1 (PR): The Chief Secretary of Gilgit-Baltistan, Younis Dhaga, has approved promotion of 284 teachers to the next pay scale at a meeting held in Gilgit today.

The promotion of 2 doctors to grade 20 was also approved by the Chief Secretary.

Government employees from various other departments were also promoted the next grades. 50% of the promoted teachers are from BSP 17, 34 % from BSP 18, 15% from BPS 19 and one percent from Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 20.
