Pakistan’s two-member ski team from Naltar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan to participate in the world dream program in South Korea

ISLAMABAD- Pakistan’s two-member ski team comprising Jumma Mir and M Mumtaz both from Naltar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan Monday left for 15-day tour to participate in the world dream programme in South Korea.

Teens from around 45 countries will participate in this programme to be held in Korea, host of next Winter Olympics.

The team was sent off from Islamabad airport by Ski Federation of Pakistan (SFP) vice president M Javed and media head Obaid-ur-Rehman Abbasi. CAA made special arrangements for the players at the airport.

Both players along with coach Sqd Leader Qammar reached Korea on late Monday night and also participated in the opening ceremony.

Obaid said: “The SFP has been taking steps to promote skiing in country on special directives of SFP president Air Marshal Sohail Gul Khan.
