Gilgit at its best to welcome PM

Gilgit, June 25: Authorities busy with beautification drive to welcome Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who is expected to visit the city on Friday. Municipal workers were seen cleaning up the city and removing political graffiti.

PM is expected to announce a comprehensive development package for the region and address the newly elected members of Giglit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly.

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has emerged as the single largest party after securing 23 seats out of 33 in GBLA election.
