Honor Killing: Father kills teenage daughter and a young man with an axe in Pari Bangla

GILGIT: A man has reportedly axed his his 17-year-old daughter (S) and an 18-year-old male to death over suspicion of ‘illicit relationship’ in the Pari Bangla area of District Gilgit.

Police sources have revealed that the incident took place inside a house. The father, identified as Khush Mir, after killing his daughter and the young man reportedly went to the police station and surrendered himself.

Dead body of Salahuddin has been shifted to the local Tehsil Headquarter Hospital for postmortem, while the dead body of the girl, identified as “S”, has been sent to District Headquarter Hospital, Gilgit for medico-legal examination.

Pari Bangla Police Station has started investigation.
