  1. It is not confirm that the jolts have been felt in hunza or not. There is a misconception in Tv channels about the northern part. For karachi where there are the major TV channel, news studios on airing news, the nothern pakistan is generally gilgit but the northern pakistan technically(department of meteorology) is reffered as punjab and NWFP. even the news editors some times make mistakes in Northern pakistan and northern areas of pakistan.
It is possible that the news about the jolts in punjab are misinterpreted with gilgit hunza.

  3. As no one is informed about the natural disasters so we need to equip ourselves and remain fully prepared for any uncertain conditions.
Mostly these kind of shocks are as a result of the tectonic plate movements which at times become more intense and bring about many changes.
Such intricated situations can be predicted but no exact ideas can be generated which could truly justify the situation or provide us with some kind of ultimatum.
So keeping in view the uncertainities one must be aware of the immediate measures to overcome the impacts and their consequences.
