  4. All,

I thanks all of you participated in the activity. You are actually our leaders and i have question where the our leader. is they all are sleeping at there home. we happy with our additional seat but no result come for us. specially our wining candidate who had given vote from gojal now he is enjoying there seat in GBLA. But now a good action come to re-solve the issue. in his speech i saw in PT he words are its not issue that only 16 people are died and in Kashmir thousand of people died in EQ. My understanding is that if one people have same value as of many. the main issue is that the people suffering from the lake due to disaster. i again thanks the Gojal committee for their uncountable work.

  6. Nice move!
More and more voices should be raised through both political and community forums so as to keep pressure at the state machinery in order to expedite the proccess of rehabilitation of the affectees as well as normalizing the every day life of the Gojal valley through openning of the KKH by releasing the water of the lake.

  7. A campaign should have put in place befor staging such protest to attract the pritnt and electronic media. The involvment of media and civil society would help to raise voice laudly. All other political parties and people from other regions should also join hands with the people of Hunza Gojal in this difficult time.

  8. Respectable convener & the team, thanks for this constructive initiative. The same appreciation must go to the team in Islamabad who also joined their hands in sharing their feelings with authorities. Hope your effort will make a positive difference in near and far future, Insha Ullah.

  13. Good effort keep it moving on, the same need here in Islamabad otherwise no one will give consentration on our problems. wake Gojalis….. your nation is in trouble

  14. Through some media reports I came to know that Federal Government is planning to construct dam at Attaabad. And we don’t know the stance of our representatives on this issue. If this is true and the representatives are supporting this idea of Federal Government. So, we can imagine this is the reward we get by electing both of them from Hunza and especially from Gojal. They want to sink Gojal forever? Wazir Baig’s stance on this matter is questionable for all of us (Gojalis). Please, reps condom this plan and suggest them to construct dams at Kalabagh and Diamir. We fully condemn this proposal.

  15. A great effort from the Leaders / natives of Gojal, God Bless You people and may Help us to come out of this hard time with dignity. Yesterday i was going through a news report, where our Rep (Wazir Baig , Speaker) has an idea of converting this lake into a Dam. i Think he has forget the people of Gojal who lead him in GBLA. We cannot afford any Dam at Our soul by sacrificing our beautiful villages. We totally Condem all such suggestions by govt. authorities. I think we have waited alot to our political leadership to come up with a solution. Hope we would be able to record our protest very soon in the capital city very soon. Thanks once again to the leaders/natives of Gojal in Gilgit.
