Gilgit, March 22: According to a local newspaper chief minister Syed Mehdi Shah has appointed former DC of Gilgit district, Bilal Lodhi, as home secretary of Gilgit – Baltistan after Usman Yousin ‘requested chief secretary to transfer his services to the establishment division’. According to insiders the home secretary left for Islamabad on Sunday and is likely to work for the Punjab government.
