[Pamir Yatra] The Ruby (mine) of Badakhshan

Laal-e-Badakhshan (the Ruby of Badakhshan) and Ambar-e-Pamir (the Amber – a flower, of Pamir) have always inspired poets of Wakhi and Persian language.

On third leg of the Pamir Yatra Zulfiqar Ali Khan takes us close to the mountain where the Ruby of Badakhshan is mined.
