Phandar: Shepherd loses life after falling from cliff

Gilgit, March 12: A shepherd in Phander Chashi, a far flung area of district Gihizer, has reportedly died after falling from a cliff.

According to details, Zalali Zar, 50, a resident of Chashi, was on his way back to village from a pasture when he lost balanced and fell off a cliff, sustaining serious injuries that ultimately caused his death. Local people rescued the body from the cliff. He was laid to rest today in presence of hundreds of mourners.
