Highlanders Football Club and Chitral to play final of Azadi Cup tournament

Islamabad: Highlanders Football Club and Chitral qualified for final match of the Jashn-e-Azadi Gilgit-Baltistan Cup Football Tournament which was underway in the capital city for three weeks. In the semi-final matches today, Highlanders defeated Gahkuch, 3-0, and Chitral defeated Gulapur FC 2-0.

The final match will be played tomorrow at Khadda Ground, located in G-9/1 sector of Islamabad. The tournament has been dedicated to promotion of peace. “Play for Peace” is the event’s slogan which has been organized by the Balawaristan National Students Organization (BNSO), Islamabad Unit.
