AKRSP seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Service Procurement

The Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP) under the Enhancing Employability & Leadership for Youth-EELY project funded by CIDA hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms/institutions and service providers based in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral district of KP, who are familiar with the organisational structure, mission, objectives and works of Local Support Organizations (LSOs) for carrying out an organisational capacity assessment through a pre designed self –Assessment Tool (SAT).
Key deliverables under this service procurement contract would include; preparation and development of Assessment and scoring sheets, conduction of consultative sessions with a group of 20 people per LSO in 50 LSOs operational in the seven districts of Gilgit and Baltistan and Chitral, data cleaning, punching, analysis and development of report showing results against the mentioned indicators and high light the key capacity gaps of individual LSOs at district level.
The consultant/firm must have: relevant professional degree and qualified evaluators having at least two years of proven active experience of assessing the organisational capacities of Local Support Organisation in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. Preference will be given to consultants/firms having their existence in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral.
Interested consultants/firms must submit following documents i) Detailed CV of consultants and experts who will undertake the assignment, ii) company profile of firm, ii) experience of the firm in relevant field and list of customers and names of projects iii) technical proposal/concept note outlining objectives, learning outcomes, course contents, Assessment methodology and duration and iv) financial proposal/budget and work plan.
Interested consulting firms/service providers should submit their EOI along with all documents toakhtar.ali@akrsp.org.pk on or before Thursday 8th August, 2013.
