Nisar Ahmad, Dy Advocate General of Gilgit-Baltistan has passed away

Hunza, October 16: Nisar Ahmad, Deputy Advocate General of Gilgit-Baltistan, has passed away in Skardu due to cardiac arrest. He belonged to the Karimabad town of Hunza-Nagar district.

Governor Gilgit-Baltistan, Syed Pir Karam Ali Shah has expressed shock over the death of Nisar Ahmad.

The sudden death of Nisar Ahmad has saddened thousands of people in Karimabad, his native town.

Nisar, apart from his official responsibilities, was also engaged in numerous social and community services organizations as a volunteer. Karimabad Town Management Committee has expressed condolences over the sad demise of the competent officer.

  1. We all gbians would really miss his untiring efforts against corruption, his popular personality and commitment in his profession and social services for area as well. This is more than a family loss , loss of GB as well. may Allah rest his departed soul in eternal peace and give courage to all family members to bear this irreparable loss.
