Punial, August 8: Japukay village of Punial Tehsil has been cut off from other parts of Ghizar. People are faced with short of basic necessities of life, including access to clean drinking water.

Ghizar river witnessed high level flood again on friday that rendred hundreds of people homeless in low laying parts of Punial.
