If the secretariat were established on political and regional grounds then it will be of no use for the far-flung and strategically located Misgar, Chipurson, Shimshal and Avgarch valleys, they said.
It is here to mention that about 611 posts have been proposed for a fully functional district. The demanded posts included 127 posts in DC Office/District Jail/Civil Defense and Treasury offices, 296 in SP Office, 21 in SE, 200 in DD Education, 10 in DD, LG &RD, 27 in DHO, 20 in AD Animal Husbandry, 12 in AD Fisheries, 12 in DFO, 11 in DD Agriculture, 10 in CSO, 16 in Additional District and Session Judges, 8 in Accounts Office AGPR and 21 in Xen-Water and Power departments.
