Hunza received first snowfall, boat service suspended, thousands suffer

Gilgit, January 6: Hunza Nagar Friday received first heavy snow fall of this season bringing the temperature further down and confining the people   to their houses.

Dammed Hunza River has also frozen and around thirty thousand people of Gojal Valley are stranded because boat service has been completely suspended.

Snow fall also disturbed the road links and traffic between different areas remained suspended due to the road blockades.Hunza Gilgit section was also remained closed for several hours.
