Murderers of 7 year old child arrested, confess crime

CHITRAL: District police succeeded in arresting two alleged murderers of a 7 year old child who had been killed with a sharp knife, two days back. The accused have confessed their crime, police said.
According to details shared by DPO Abdul Rashid, a 7 years old child, Fida ur Rehman, son of Rahmat Zar, resident of Mroi, was reportedly slaughtered with a sharp knife by unknown criminals on Sunday. The Chitral police had registered a case against the unknown killer(s) and started investigation. Working on leads the police were able to reach Alhajuddin son of Aminuddin and Muhammad Azhar Hussain son of Abdul Qayum, both residents of Mroi. The two were taken into custody and after investigation presented in civil court Chitral today where they reportedly confessed their crime.
The Court approved physical remand of the killers and ordered the police to register cases against them under Section 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
