Various case studies have shown that the 40 % of GBIANS are not getting proper ration of their due share that is 100 KG per house hold. this situation has worsen the image of food department and administration performance in the public. Govt is paying billions for subsidy but 40% public has been kept completely deprived from this facility. Chief secretary is requested to direct the food department to develop transparent and fair distribution mechanism to ensure equal distribution at specific scale. In large villages some specific group of people is availing this opportunity. This is openly violation of basic human rights.
