Inside the unhygienic Canteen of District Headquarters Hospital of Chitral

The kitchen of the District Headquarters Hospital Chitral, the largest government health facility in the entire district, presents a sorrowful state of affairs. It is pertinent to note that patients, their attendants and visitors get their food from this canteen located at the hospital premises.
