Spring flowers are sprouting in the higher areas of the Gilgit-Baltistan region, from Shigar to Astore, Phandar to Punial and Hoper to Khapulu. The valleys, across the region, are glowing with the pink and white colors of spring.
Gojal Valley is no exception in the Upper Hunza Valley, where the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board organized a unique festival for the senior citizens, enabling them to enjoy the colors of spring, as well as the taste of local music and dance.
Renowned photographer and PT team member Asghar Khan has also captured some wonderful photographs of the valley recently.
