Man axed to death in remote village of Chitral

Chitral: A man has reportedly been axed to death in Kujo village of Chitral.
According to Kughuzi Police Station House Office (SHO), Abdul Ahad son of Abdul Jabar was hit multiple times with a sharp axe on his head and face by some unidentified person. The seriously injured man succumbed to his injuries and died, said the SHO. Police officials carried the man’s dead body to Rural Health Center Koghuzi for autopsy. A report has been registered under section 302 of Pakistan Panel code against unknown persons and an investigation has been launched. The motive behind the gruesome murder remains unclear.
