6 killed in car accident on KKH in Kohistan

Gilgit (Feb 9): A car number LEC 9011, on its way to Gilgit from Rawalpindi, plunged into a ravine on KKH near Pattan area of Kohistan. The dead bodies of two women, Dil Hoor and w/o Ramzan were retrieved whereas four men including the driver were still missing. The driver of the car named Mian Arsalan s/o Mian Sabir was from Taxila. The other five passengers were from Danyore Gilgit. The missing persons include Waseem Ullah, Farman s/o Shaukat and Ramzan s/o Bakhtiar and the driver Arsalan.

According to Kohistan police, rescue operation is underway to find the bodies of the four missing persons.
