Brilliance School Kosht gets new principal

CHITRAL: The Brilliance School of Studies Kosht welcomed its new principal Mr. Eid-ul-Islam bidding farewell to the former principal Mr. Ahsan Ullah in a glorious ceremony held at BSS Kosht on September 26, 2016. Mr. Ahsan Ullah started his journey with BSS from the very foundation of the institution. He served BSS with his determined support, valued time and professional knowledge and handed over a thriving institute to his successor Mr. Eid ul Islam.
The farewell-cum-welcome event was attended by members of Board of Directors BSS, community stakeholders, professionals, members of the staff, and BSS students. The event was presided by managing director BSS Mr. Adnan Zain-ul-Abideen and Mr. Muhammad Zahir Khan retired Superintendent Education Department Chitral attended the event as a chief guest.
The program started with the recitation of verses from the holy Qur’an by Maulana Muhammad Yousuf, lecturer Islamic education BSS followed by the recital of Hamd and Naat by students of BSS Rafia Saleem and Waqas Ahmad respectively. Director Academic Developments Mr. Noor-ul-Sabah took the opportunity to welcome the cherished guests and described aims of the event. In his speech Mr. Noor-ul-Sabah appreciated Mr. Ahsan Ullah for his dedication and services for BSS. He said that Mr. Ahsan Ullah had joined BSS at a very crucial stage of the institution and faced many challenges but with his selfless efforts and professional expertise the former principal coped with all those challenges.
Students of BSS expressed their love and respect and extended their gratitude for their former principal. On behalf of the students, Ms. Tehmina a 4th year student of BSS said that we the students of BSS can never forget the kind and encouraging words of our beloved principal Mr. Ahsan Ullah. He has been a constant source of inspiration for all the students and we are looking forward to a new journey with our newly appointed principal. Another student from 2nd year intermediate Ms. Ambreen recited a Khowar poetry to pay tribute to their former principal. Mr. Shareef Ullah student BSS welcomed the newly appointed principal on behalf of the students. Students also presented national songs upholding their tradition of expressing love and hope for their country.
During his speech Ex. Principal BSS Kosht expressed that BSS gave him much more than his services. He extended his gratitude to the Managing Director BSS Khosht Mr. Adnan Zain-ul-Abideen, members Board of Directors BSS, teaching staff, students and their families for supporting and encouraging him during his six years of service at BSS Kosht. He assured BSS management that he will remain as a part of the institution and will provide his services and cooperation to BSS and the new principal.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Eid-ul-Islam the newly appointed principal said that he will do to the best of his capacity to continue the legacy of professionalism and hard work established by Mr. Ahsan Ullah. Maulana Siraj Uddin a religious scholar, Mr. Mirza Aman and a social worker Mr. Muhammad Yaqoob spoke on behalf of the community and highly appreciated services of the institution for the development of education in the region.
Chief guest of the event Mr. Muhammad Zahir Khan thanked Managing Director BSS Mr. Adnan Zain-ul-Abideen and his family for their services for their services for the educational development of the area. He warmly welcomed the new principal and shared his good wishes for BSS Kosht. During his presidential speech Managing Director BSS Khosht Mr. Adnan Zain-ul-Abideen expressed his deepest gratitude to the former principal Mr. Ahsan Ullah for his services for BSS. He said that Mr. Ahsan Ullah had been a great asset for BSS and he served the institution with great passion and hard work during his tenure at BSS. He thanked Mr. Ahsan Ullah on behalf of the Board of Directors and announced his membership in BOD. Managing Director also welcomed Mr. Eid-ul-Islam as a new principal of the institution and expressed his best wishes for him. At the end of his speech Mr. Adnan Zain-ul-Abideen presented gift packs on behalf of the Board of Directors to the former and new principals.
The event concluded with a note of thanks by administrator BSS Kosht Mr. Noman Zain-ul-Abideen and words of prayers by lecturer BSS Mr. Faizul Jalal.
