Muhammad Abdullah, father of Wakhi singer Ali Aman Gojali, passed away
Gulmit: Muhammad Abdullah, a renowned social activist, volunteer, a retired teacher and father of famous Wakhi
singer Ali Aman Gojali passed away today at his native village, Gulmit, Gojal Valley. He was above 80 years of age.
Master Abduallh, as he was famously known, had also served in the Pakistan Army and taught physical education at the Government Boys High School, Gilgit and Gulmit, before taking retirement.
He spent a very active social life and provided leadership for the people on many fronts. He is well known for his services as captain of the volunteer corps.
Late Muhammad Abadullah was laid to rest today in the presence of thousands of people in his native village.
May Allah rest his soul in eternal peace and give courage to our beloved singer Ali Aman and his family to bear this irreparable loss.His selfless services for area and community would be recalled always.
