[Election 2009] Who is your leader?

Dear PT readers
We all should be realistic in choosing the leader and obviously the Kunjudhis will vote their parties not to the personality. e.g No body was with Wazir Baig when he was contesting the election from Hunza (Kunjodh) as an independant Condidate in 1994 election but he won the election as a PPP condidate in the next election.
Some of my friends have came up with their comments on the PT that the condidate must be an energetic, plitically and financially sound, bla, bla. Yes, of course, s/he must be with all capabilities but who ????? the person who had good academic records, the person who passed graduation and master degrees with distinctions, s/he will prefer to go for business or job. The persons who are working voluntarily in the area or in the Hunza valley have the germs to work for the development of the valley. Some people think that some old political leaders have no wealth to contest the election. Here, I would say this is the reflection of your mantality that in which way you are thinking about your leaders. My answer would be, the mass, the people of Hunza or their supporters/voters are the wealth and assets of the political leaders. Some PT readers have the opinion that some of our old political leaders are involved in curruption. Could you please let us (the PT readers) know the single curruption they did. Hope your answer will be none because they spent much more time, knowledge and money to develope the area and resolve the problems.
Some people think that Mr Wazir Baig is an old politician/man then somebody could clarify us what the young Ghazanfar did for the Hunza valley as deputy chief executive. According to Ghazanfar, the then President Pervaiz Mussharaf was his friend and the then Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz was Attiqa’s class fellow. They had such a nice relationship but they did nothing for the valley people. The people of Hunza valley know the role of Ghazanfar and his family in the case of Sost Dry Port. The nomination papers of Ghazanfar, his wife and his son Salim were rejected because they all are defaulters.
Every voter in Hunza valley know the parsonality of Wazir Baig, a very clear person, experienced plitician, knows how to deal the political and economical fluctuations, a true person, he prefer to walk by foot rather then riding on car purchased through illicit money and an experienced leader of Hunza.

I would request on behalf of PT to the people of Hunza who blieve on democracy and who remember the services that PPP has given to the people of Hunza since 1974 to 2009, will,vote for Wazir Baig whom I believe is the only true and transparent leader of the valley.
