It is just to comend Mr.Sultan Sikandar Raja-Chief Secretary to Government of GB for taking punitive action againt Dr. Fida Hussain, the Medical Superintendent of Government City Hospital, Gilgit, for negligence in duties and inefficient management. Being a concern citizen of GB i strongly encourage to take punitive action against all the Govt. official who are compromising on quality of service delivery to the people of GB. Meanwhile, i wound like to underscore here that effeciency and quality of service delivery is directly related with the competency of the job holder. therefore, it is strongly suggested to ensure trainsparency and meritocracy while inducting government employees to ensure value for money and high quality service delivery at government institutions level. Today, ex-CS GB Mr. sajjad saleem Hotiyana is well regarded in GB just because of his sincere efforts to ensure quality, accounatablity and transparency at GB level. Mr.Sultan Sikandar Raja-Chief Secretary to Government of GB is also suggested to carry forward the bright legacy of Mr. sajjad saleem Hotiyana to ensure good governance in GB. Civil Society of GB is always here to support all the those who will work for rule of law and transparency in service delivery to the people of GB. It is high time to strengthen institutions to ensure good governance and quality of service delivery. Therefore, i consider this a timely and right move in the right direction.

Several times Staff and doctors has complain to about the negligence of Dr. Fida Hussain, however due to the Health Minster favor for him no one has take any action against him. good decision by chief secretary but too late.
